I had sprint since I got back to the states in 2003. I had no problems ever, then I did an upgrade last April and all heck brook loose.

My bill has been nothing but a roller coaster. One month $1,100, another 700, etc, etc. Every time I'd have to call and spend hours on the phone to get it straightened out. Yesterday my bill said 856 and I called them on my way back from Ohio.

They told me they forgot to *** for a phone I returned. I asked how much I really owe and she said wait until it's all taken care off before I pay. Guess what? Today my phone is off.

This is the last time I deal with these people, every time you call them you have to fight with other countries to get through to the right person, you hear several different answers, everyone says they'll fix the problem.

Nothing but headaches. I'd rather take the hit on my credit report and take it to court than to deal with these fools any longer, I quit them and will go to Verizon.
