Cancelling my sprint number 678 740 1124. My informatiom was used to open this account.

I will need to speak with customers service. My information was used to open an account phone no. 6787401124. I can prove that I did not open this account. How can I resolve this issue?

Don’t feel willto work with customer during pandemic on bill

Trying to pay what can on my bill. Returned to work but still not getting my full paycheck due to this COVID thing. Called every two weeks to pay what I can but still turned off phone because wasnt enough. Dont feel They are willing to work with your customers during a pandemic. This is the only company Im having an issue with during this pandemic out of all my debts. Every other company is working with me regarding my payments.

Cancellation with Sprint

I canceled my account with Sprint and they charged me because they said I said transfer to a carrier and I did not have that at all. When I canceled the account the representative said I am complete and no more charges. Nobody explains what transfer to a carrier means. Terrible experience, if you want terrible representatives from India that can not help at all choose Sprint.

Poor customer service,reception sucks in rural areas and was told by a customer service representative that I would get my deposit back within 24 business hours after they received the product back and they received the product and still haven't gave me back my deposit

No resolution to problems

Details
I have a new iPhone 11 that will not pick up some calls. Talked to 5 techs, was waiting for a call from the advanced techs for 4 days (no call). Customer service sends you to different departments (no help). Go to repair shop and the tech has the phone in his hand and a call notification comes up (no ring- no vib) tech says there is a problem, hands me the phone and says nothing he can do and walks away. I will never be with Sprint again NEVER.

SPRINT IS AWFUL

Since 11/2019, when I first joined Sprint, which I regret every day. I was warned by several people. I've had to call every month and complain about my bill. Your customer service is so despicable. I have paper work stating what my bill will be each month. Surprise, it's not. I shouldn't have to call every month and complain.

So one day my phone just shut off in the middle of a phone call and wouldn't turn back on. Went to my local sprint store looking for help. After talking to the lady she clearly had no clue what to do. She kept giving me numbers and websites to go onto and try to fix it myself. The incompetence of this company is baffling. No one wanted to help no one really knew how to help. I felt left out to find my own fix. Im just bringing the phone back today and dropping it off idc if they take it or not and it goes on my credit report that's how fed up I am with this company.

Give me the note 10 that I was looking for and keep me at the same status that I'm at. a discount on my service that I've been out of since I got the phone. I paid my bill every month and got extremely poor service

Overcharged fees hidden charges me for a phone I never received and disconnect reconnect lates and no accountability for their mistakes Ive had to pay plus cell towers are not good spotty service offered a box for when home to have service Sprint is horrible and no one calls you back

have been trying to accsess from 230pm on 9th here its two days later..... i was with verison n never had to send phone off!!!!!!!! there you walk and they give you a new one the same day.... id not refer my worst ememiem to those clowns
