I attempted to cancel service on my sons stolen phone which is on my acct. I don't receive bills so I don't know my account number. Something that simple was too hard for those numb skulls to figure out even with my phone number and PIN number. I tried for over 1.5 hours with zero success. They ended chat no warning.

Sprint - Don't trust them

Sprint rep made me an offer over the phone. I accepted the offer but when my bill came it was much higher than the offered price. Called to complain and they tried to renegotiate a new deal that was higher than the original offer. They said they'd pull the phone record and get back to me but they won't let me hear the phone record. Does this sound trustworthy?
