I ordered a I phone 7+ and it was delivered on September 21 however it was only an iPhone 7 not a plush. I returned it immediately to the store that same day and still do not have a credit to my account. Two earlier calls resulted with assurances that my account would be credited but now I'm receiving threats of cancellation and discontinuing service. I set up a payment arrangement earlier Nov 2016 to pay $142.95 on Nov 15th. I told the rep that I needed until Nov 18th, and she advised the system would not extend that far, but not to worry just call back before the 15th and ask for an extension. Sounds feasible right? I have tried 3 times to fix my bill/billing since Dec 2014 every time i was to pay said amount and i would not recieve anymore late notices/charges. I am tired of being lied to and i do not have the money to keep trying to fix so!mething that does not get fixed. i was with sprint for about 3 months and the service was terrible i couldn't get signal anywhere and when i did i would get cut off at all times so i called customer service and told them about my issue and they had me waiting for about 35 minutes and then they said you should be good now , and then i got cut off or they ( hung up ) mean while i had the same problems so i kept the service for one more month but i was 3 days late and my service... Moved from T-Mobile to Sprint on 10/21. I got a Samsung S7 phone and case which after 2 weeks I wasn't happy with the phone. I tried to find another phone which I liked, and I couldn't. I decided to leave Sprint within 14 days and visited a Corp store to do so. I was told I had 30 days and to think about it more. Bought a phone was not offered a service plan. After 40 days phone doesn't work went to 3 sprint stores they want to charge me 70.00 to fix it. Went to a sprint store. An employee was training a new employee. An attractive young woman came in so he proceed to help her and left us with trainee, I was there to upgrade two phones. I have tried to call Sprint to have them help me with some problems with my phone and to remove service for a tablet I don't use. They switched me around from person to person three times, then hung up on me. I called back again and was hung up on again after someone finally answered and asked if I could be placed on hold. Sprint's so- called customer service is the worst. I wanted to have them take 2 $5 monthly charges of my bill and I have called them 3 times without success. The customer service person always says that "account services" has to do that. Trouble is: THEY DON'T ANSWER!!!!!'
