What horrible service! Sprint's automatic forced update bricked my phone. 4 weeks and 5 promises later, they "found" a tiny crack in a corner, and charged me $250 for a replacement. No phone in the meantime. No record of any of those promises. Buy out on 1 phone is late in coming--no service to that phone, but DESPITE arrangements, continual shut off of 2nd line, upwards of 20 hours spent with cs. Total bs!!!
