Thank you very much for your assistance in getting someone from Sprint to contact me. Issue: I was charged lease fee on phone that I completed payments on. I called Sprint via *2 on my phone. After being on hold for 45 minutes I was transferred to a supervisor. When I would not accept the supervisor's $50 offer, she disconnected the call and did not call back, despite the fact that I had provided a callback number. I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 years. Resolution: A Sprint Customer Service representative called and we were able to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. Although I did not receive the credit I had expected. she made some reasonable points and a fair compromise was achieved.

Dont ever get sprint theyre lying about everything and every costumer service representative said diferent things about any problem no o es know what they are going , i update my phone I suppose send the phone back , well what I did send the phone back they give me 30 days but I send it right away , couple days they shot off my phone and said I have reminder balance of 187 ,$ that is the balance to pay the phone off ,I called them and I said why ? You shot my phone off I already send the phone and have been only 10 days , they said they dont find it , after so many tryng and hung up phones the last lady I took es she agree to not charge me the 187 till they get the phone , but she said Oh anyway you have past due balance , omg is incredible I have the confirmation number that I pay 231$ on my bill plus 53$ I pay for down payment for the new phone , so right now I do t have my old phone wish was working good , still I have pay for it , my phone is disconnected I dont trust Pay the phone if they font even know they have the phone even I have the co formation from ups , they transfer me to the last person and still waiting from them to answer , Im really done , I have so menú bad experience with them , not recomendable at all

REP MARJ L. IS A REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. SHE WAS RUDE AND KEPT ASKING WHY I NEEDED A SUPERVISOR AND REFUSED. EVERYTIME I CALL SPRINT, I GET BAD SERVICE

Multiple times, contacted Sprint requesting they switch it back to regular plan, no success. We could have stayed custimers if Sprint kept their promise and reinstated to the regular plan.

Sprint has sold our collection multiple times and will not fix anything. This is unacceptable.

We switched to Sprint from Verizon. 4 lines with promises of Sprint paying off the appx $400 balance owed to Verizon. A month later, son in law didn't want his line, Sprint refused us returning the phone. The monthly charges were way higher than promised to us. Then suddenly we were switched to international calling plan, and they refused to switch us back. We never requested the change, we never called outside the country either. Unnecessary and unauthorized. We have ended up with our account in collections, ruining our credit for something they could have fixed if they were an honest company. The amount in collections is astronomical for cell phone service. We'd gladly join a class action lawsuit if others have experienced similar experience with Sprint.

*** I have confirmation from an authorized Apple technician that my iPhone 11malfunctioned due to a manufacturers defect with a faulty board, not from misuse of the device by the owner*** Sprint did absolutely NOTHING except run me around in circles with their rehearsed scripts aimed to placate their customers; and I have their so-called Complete Care insurance. Dealing with Sprint at every level, including corporate, is like a non-stop New Years Eve-party at Times Square because they continuously drop the ball! My iPhone 11 is less than 6 months old and it suddenly overheated and died. Luckily, I was awake when this happened, so I was able to turn it off before who knows what. After a five and a half hour chat session, numerous conversations with various levels of employees, including corporate, and over a week of not having a phone and endless frustration, Sprint continues to refuse replacing the defective device I purchased from them. My mother is in the hospital and I have no idea if she is alive or dead and nobody at Sprint cares nor will anyone at Sprint replace this defective phone I purchased from them. This multibillion dollar corporation DOES NOT BACK WHAT THEY SELL nor do they show any interest in resolving customer issues. They do not provide customer service, they drop the ball.

Just when I thought Sprint could not possibly bend me over again...WRONG! Today I went to pick up my replacement iPhone 11 NOT from Sprint, of course, because they dropped the ball on Apple.

The certified Apple tech told me that Sprint might have locked my SIM card and that I may not be able to use the new iPhone until I take it into a Sprint store so they can unlock it. Well, guess what? Yes, it was locked. The tech tried several different things to get it unlocked for me so that I would not have to go to a Sprint store, but good ol’ Sprint has its ways of ensuring the customer has as much inconvenience as possible and he couldn’t get it unlocked.

(Hey, Sprint, pay attention: the tech wasn’t able to unlock my phone from your clutches, but notice that he TRIED to assist me by doing several different things; this is what is commonly known as CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s when you attempt to help resolve a customers issue. ;) ). So I thanked him for his time etc.

and off I went to the Sprint store. Well, guess what? The Sprint representative in the store tells me they can’t unlock the SIM card and don’t even know what I’m talking about and the only way the phone will work is if I purchase another SIM card. Gee, what a surprise!

So, I said a few choice words and then bent over and grabbed my ankles AGAIN while the rep “went to see if they have any SIM cards in stock”. Remarkably, he found one, I surrendered my payment, gathered my iPhone and left to go home and tend to my fresh wounds. (Psst! Hey Sprint, usually when you screw people that hard, you at least buy them dinner first; and I am famished!

;) ).

Bastards. Ball dropping bastards, that is.

Resolve issues for their customers. As far as did I lose money, well, how do you name a price on over a week of time frustration and not knowing your mothers status while she is hospitalized?

DROPPIING CALLS

The whole time sprint was close the phone service was good, the whole month since opening the calls is dropping can't here, bad connections you name it a hot mess. lots of complaints.

I completely get it Crystal, every level of employee through corporate at Sprint do NOTHING except run you around, frustrate you and recite the same rehearsed scripts at an attempt to pacify you that result in NOTHING getting resolved for the customer. The worst part is that not one of the numerous people at Sprint you get juggled around to trying to get an issue handled, not one of them shows any type of interest, concern or ability toward the customer or the issue.

Nobody has any answers and nobody gives a crap enough to even try to get any.

But you can bet, we continue to pay for our devices and services to a multi billion dollar corporation who achieves their revenue from us, the customer, and in return we, the customer, get NOTHING back when there’s an issue. And since you’re bound by contracts in most cases, they have you by the balls, they know it and I feel that is why they don’t give a crap to resolve customer issues.

after 8yrs i cancelled service went to verizon sprint was supposed to mail boxes for me to mail the fones to them i never got them and they never sent a final bill and sent it directly to a collection agency. i f****kn hate sprint

HORRIBLE customer service

I had a billing issue that needed to be resolved. Explained the issue for 20 minutes and was told I needed to talk to a specialist to resolve it, so they would connect me.. After a 7 minute hold, I was connected to another regular rep who had no idea what I was talking about. So I spend another 15 minutes explaining the issue, only to be told the same thing about needing to talk to a specialist. I dont want the same thing to happen again, so I request a call-back. Im on hold for ANOTHER 15 minutes while the rep tries to submit a call back form but keeps having computer problems. She finally says its submitted and I should expect a call back within 24 hours. 48 hours go by and no call from anyone. I call back and immediately request a supervisor. I finally get o e after a 20 minute hold. Im on the phone with this lady for an HOUR and no resolution to my issue. I request to speak to a manager, or anyone above her. She said it would be a long hold, and I would get a call back from them. I told her after my last experience, I didnt trust getting a call back and want to speak to the person ASAP. So I hold for another 30 minutes, but I had to get off the phone. So I request the call back. I said I would cancel my service if I dont actually get a call. She assures me I will. And BIG SURPRISE, I never got a call back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sprint should be ashamed of themselves and I WILL be canceling my service with them.
