After 1hour on phone getting hungup on twice finally got a manager And he finally found their mistake and said my money would be returned in 7to10 days and cancelled my auto-pay that was supposed to be cancelled two months ago

ordered a hotspot and could NEVER get it to work called tech line and spent two hours on phone and still could not get it working so canceled account and returned equip to sprint the got it and canceled account then they took money out of my account next month called them and they returned it then next month took it again this time they say I can,t be found in they system so looks like I,m out 170.00 plus the 25 the bank wants to stop them from taking more Total *** company Hope no more problems from this company or BBB is next step
