When i first signed up with sprint i had a two line contract, but to my surprise

when i returned home from sprint store in Newburgh NY areas .i found 2 extra phones in the bag. nor was told anything, the agent snonk them in., so i returned to store showing the agent the extra phones.

i was told don't worry about it they are free. then on my first bill i noticed

charges of about 38.00 extra. then went back to sprint and was told, oh you have to do automatic payments and e bill and the charges will go away.

Really , what a scam sprint has going on. tried best to getout of contract but they did not care about it. they advertise no contarct but then turn around ans say it is a leased.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

You will never pay off a sprint phone on the lease plan. When you have made the lease payments for 16 months you are eligible to renew.

However, to to so means you must turn in the leased phone in perfect working order and condition. Near impossible. In addition, at the end of the lease you may either buy or continue to lease the phone from Sprint. All payments you pay after the 16 month period does not apply to purchase the phone!

You will still be required to pay for the remainder of the cost of the phones at 16 months, regardless of how long you continue the lease. In addition to that, I was told by an employee at a company store that Sprint supports esim but did not have the phone I wanted but could go to another Sprint store that had it, purchase it and bring it back and they would set it up. BS! They are not supporting Esim until TMobile and them are fully merged.

Even though they are merged to now supposedly accept the contracts their networks ARE NOT integrate. In other words you will still be on the service you originally signed onto until they make that happen. Free phone if you buy two? BS, you recieve a credit on that phone but in the end must payoff the phone to keep your credit clean.

And on another note, I signed up on the Military plan, they kept screwing that up until they were giving me credit after credit to recitify problem only to find that once they finished giveing the credit they started charging me over 60 dollars a month extra. Not to mention that once all phones were either turned in or paid off, they charged a restock fee on the phone they sold me for esim they did not support, and still recieved a final bill for 170 some odd dollars!

This company is a total rip off! Stay away!

Iโ€™m Livid. They did the same to me!

Also, they now have a promo of Giving away(bullCrap!) an iPad that guess what! Have WiFi, so they charge you for a second line. None of it is free. I now have 2 phones and an iPad that I To not use.

They refused to take them back. I didnโ€™t have money in my account to return them for $38 00 a piece, so now itโ€™s 14 days over the time and I Own the Devices!!!

I am going to take this to court. Iโ€™m not kidding.
