I am having a HUGE issue with Sprint. The customer service at the store couldn't have been better but when it comes to telephone customer service in billing they are the WORST I have ever dealt with!

They started billing me 5 days BEFORE I ever signed up with them! HOW can you bill someone when they are still with Verizon? Illegal it would seem! I am always transferred to India and they know nothing, they only read from a monitor repeating, in very broken English the same thing over and over.

I viewed my bill online. I bought the I-phone 10 "Buy one get one free" deal yet I am being charged the full price of the phones!

Any suggestions on how to deal with these village idiots? ?
