I bought an LG V20 on a BOGO deal, added a Line and Got a free J3 Merge... In Nov 2016, EVERY MONTH since I have to go into the Store an REQUEST the Credit!

I hear call Customer Service we cant help you, or You have to go to a Corporate store, Oh wait no you have to go to the Store that sold you the phones.....I have the Business card the sales man gave me with the Plan his name, number all of it... in Dec of 2017 I got A credit update but am still Owed the rest... I have asked to speak to manager, he tells me that they have done me a favor with the credit and I do NOT Qualify for the BOGO, because I got a free phone! WHAT.....

I had to add a Line to get the BOGO... I have been VERY patient with them, and they act like they dont own me anything! Nothing but the run around... my bill should be 90 plus tax and the cost of 1 of the LG V20 so lets say 130....

why the *** is my Bill 220.00.... I haven't been able to get any where with them.. I had a few guys tell me it was AGENT error.. when the account was set up it was DONE wrong....

So why will they not Take care of it! And Every time I go into Sprint i am in there for 1-2 hours and nothing changes! All I ever get a We need to put in a TICKET! and wait for 3-5 days ..

or you should see the credit by the 2 or 3 bill.. REALLY...ENOUGH is ENOUGH!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Plan.

I didn't like: Billing and customer service.
