Today after reviewing my bank account, i saw 991.00 $ removed. After contacting there customer service persons i was told that my contract was not over.
I told the rep, that another rep months ago told me my contract and been completed on my phone and lease . So I switched to AT&T. I was redirected to another to another rep who told me the call can be pulled, but even if the customer rep misspoke, I was NOT entitled to a refund. The icing on the cake was when she told me 931.00 was taken out of my account, not 991.00.
I asked what needed to be done to get my 60$ back.
Her response was call your bank-and she transferred me to someone else. i'm still on hold.
Reason of review: poor customer service, hidden fees and will be glad to pull calls made to reps, but do not issue refunds even if the rep spoke incorrectly.
Monetary Loss: $991.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
