I have contacted Sprint once or twice a month for One Year. Nothing is ever resolved.
I am told by the Customer Service Reps they see the error but it is never corrected. I am told it will be corrected & I will see a credit on my next bill. Never happens. I was told by a Sprint Rep in the Virginia Beach Store at Pembroke that when my lease is up it automatically switches over to the purchase option & there is no need to do anything.
I was told the same thing by a Customer Service Rep on the phone. I was wondering why we are still being charged for our phones because the purchase price has now been satisfied. I was told because I did not chose the purchase option I am still leasing the phones. Then a Rep named Reggie hung up on me.
I have never ever been so frustrated with a company.
I am not paying my bill because Sprint wants to be paid for their time & so do I. Wanda Croy
