I am also considering paying off my BOGO phones early and was told I loose the discount on the second phone. This is rediculous. I get the credit if I make 24 installments but not if I pay it off. My contract does not specify that and it is not fair. Someone suggested a class action suit. I am in if there is one. Or possibly small claims court for breach of contract.

It should not matter if the payments are over 24 months or paid off in 18 months and a final payoff lump sum.

Sprint is made whole either way.

I asked for the contract language that clarifies this and I got the original contract again. It does not state anywhere that the BOGO is nullified if early payoff.

I will be leaving Sprint in 7 months after my final payment as a result of this scam.

Not a good way to treat customers.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $231.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Purchase process was fine, Phone worked.
