Sprint - Can’t wait 5 more days for a payment

I had made a payment arrangement with Sprint to charge my card on August 11th. However, I do not have enough to make even half the payment until August 16th.
I contacted them, hoping to push it back to that date because I will for sure have the funds.
I spoke to an “Ivan”, and he told me that I was required to make at least half of what I owe in order to avoid my service being suspended. I am upset and am planning on taking my business somewhere else.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

"...take my business someplace else..." What business? if you can't pay when you agree to, don't sign up. Would you accept your boss telling you he can't pay you on payday but might have it a few days later?
