I had cancelled my service on Jan 13. My next bill with sprint was from period Jan 6 to Feb 6.
Instead of prorating my usage, they charged for more the full month! Virtually "stealing" over $100 from me after I had been a customer for over 7 years. When I called them, I was told it was in the contract and they would do nothing to reimburse me. My contract had technically run out over 1 year ago.
The first time I called to make sure the account was cancelled the customer service rep told me I would only be charged for the 8 days usage.
Now this rep told me I had to pay for a full month. Someone better train their reps to know what they are talking about!
