I am beyond disappointed at Sprint. I cannot even begin to tell you all the chaos I have endured in the last 5 days.

I have been on the phone 7 different times over 15hrs later, nothing! no phones no order number, no acct number, no explanation of why my credit card was charged 3 supervisors later and 3 hang ups later by Supervisors about 10 transfers to the "appropriate" department Im soo done!! In the middle of this ginormous mess I was on the phone with an agent named either Angel or Patricia and on this 3 and a half hour call until 1130pm. (absolutely ridiculous) I gave her my ss#, my debit card number, I ordered 4 new phones, I gave her my current acct number and pin from my current service provider, I asked her multiple times why she was charging my card she really couldn't give me straight answer, she set up my recurring monthly charges and after all this No matter what department I call or even the position of the agent no one can explain to me Three simple questions !.Where are my phones I ordered?????????

2.Why was I charged 140$(no it wasn't my phone bill charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!)???????3.Why if I have an acct number(that is secret since no one can find it!!!!!) am I still NOT considered a Sprint customer? I would like the Corporate number included in your response please. I cannot believe such a mega company can be soo dysfunctional also NO ONE that I have spoken to can see the last agents notes? I have repeated my self over and over and over and over Check the notes all 10 agents recorded notes!!!

PLEASE RESPOND BY ANSWERING THOSE 3 QUESTIONS THAT I POSED AS WELL AS THE CORPORATE NUMBER. User's recommendation: WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING WHEN DEALING WITH ALL 1O OF THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENTS.

Monetary Loss: $140.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Sprint Pros: Reliability of network.

Sprint Cons: Terrible problem solving, Terrible customer service.

I completely get it Crystal, every level of employee through corporate at Sprint do NOTHING except run you around, frustrate you and recite the same rehearsed scripts at an attempt to pacify you that result in NOTHING getting resolved for the customer. The worst part is that not one of the numerous people at Sprint you get juggled around to trying to get an issue handled, not one of them shows any type of interest, concern or ability toward the customer or the issue.

Nobody has any answers and nobody gives a crap enough to even try to get any.

But you can bet, we continue to pay for our devices and services to a multi billion dollar corporation who achieves their revenue from us, the customer, and in return we, the customer, get NOTHING back when thereโ€™s an issue. And since youโ€™re bound by contracts in most cases, they have you by the balls, they know it and I feel that is why they donโ€™t give a crap to resolve customer issues.
