I have two Sprint phones and two Sprint tablets and a home phone for $20.00 a month. I have always head insurance on all devices. I pay $250.00 a month which is ridiculous for these devices to find out that one of the phone and one of the tablets don't have insurance. Sprint has the worst customer service in America. They have me currently locked out of my account but the hackers were allowed to order 2 IPhone 7's. The answer to everything is "I will send you an email" and it never works. I'm switch to AT&T and it will cut my bill in half. I can afford to pay for my son's college tution if they refund all the mysterious charges. I call literally every month with regards to bill issues. Read more

Made the change from Verizon to Sprint and saved a few dollars. Driving during the holiday I lost my signal way to often which meant loosing my GPS at the worst possible time. I had the service for 2 months and cancelled. Now I owe over $300 for the lease on the phone. Of course they didn't tell me that before I gave them the phone. It's 60 days old. Being billed for phone I returned within 30 days. Tried Sprint and did not like the customer service so i returned the phone. That was about 2 months ago and since then I've received 4 past due notices in the amount of $650.00. I call each time and each time I'm told to ignore the notice as I have returned the device. Tonight I spent 1.5 hours on the phone and all they told me was to go back to the store to fix the issue. Too much time already... Read more

I don't even know where to begin. Sprint has been the worst experience of any business I have ever delt with. Hours on hold. Over charge for returned equipment. Will hang up or transfer when you attempt to resolve. Lies and false promises. Customer service is out of United States and cannot understand their English. Going through mechanical nightmare. System update ruined my galaxy note 4. Now I'm without a phone needless visits to the sprint store which is out of my way. Went through the Asurion claim process to find out I would have to pay a 200.00 deductable to get my phone replaced. Horrible customer service both at the store and by phone. Do not, I repeat do not purchase or lease anything from Sprint! I've been here at the store, waiting for over an hour, for something that should have been resolved three weeks ago!

After saving a bunch of money by switching to Cricket wireless, we cancelled our phone service with Sprint and were required to send back our Airwave device (it helped with service out in the country).
