I have been attempting to get a number to speak to the corporate office allday. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and I keep getting the run around regarding an $824.34 refund.

Sprint - Incompetent Idiots
I attempted to cancel service on my sons stolen phone which is on my acct. I don't receive bills so I don't know my account number. Something that simple was too hard for those numb skulls to figure out even with my phone number and PIN number. I tried for over 1.5 hours with zero success. They ended chat no warning.
