Sprint is horrible!!!
Plain and simple sprint only cares about putting money in there pockets!! They will put you in plans without even asking! To cancel anything you have to speak to 2-3 different employees! Worst customer service ever!! Sprint is so expensive and you can’t even be on a phone call and use internet! They are so behind on technology!!

Bought this phone and 3 others Specifically told them I need to unlock internationally They said after 90 days we could (Also says it in the document) But they will not unlock Also your billed for everything including incoming calls international even if it was a scam call Be careful I was with T-Mobile for years Much better company
Sprint - Existing customers are treated like ugly step children
Sprint will do anything to reel in new customers but when it comes to existing customers they act like they're the only company offering their service. Its like once youre in they don't care. Weve been with them for 20 or so years. But theres nothing to show for it. They dont value their loyal customers whatsoever!
Sprint in Sarasota, Florida - Horrible Customer Service Experience
I spent over an hour on the phone with Sprint on 12/16/18 trying to get a signal booster. No one was able to help me or as I should say, willing to help me. I recently moved to a new residence and because my service is t great there that is what prompted my call. I still have no resolution, I asked twice to speak with a supervisor but instead was told I had no valid reason to speak with a supervisor and then The second time I was transferred back into the customer service queue. Either Sprint allows me to cancel without penalty or send me a signal booster as promised.

I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over three years and recently we moved our voice lines to another carrier. Sprint has bungled everything and still refuses to cancel our last line of service. Our devices and bill are paid in full but they dance around and give excuses at every turn on why they cannot cancel the line. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone and chat and have gotten nowhere. Sprint IS NOT the lowest price for voice and when you try to port your number to another provider they hold you hostage and make excuses on why they can't. The reps are rude and most are not fluent in english which makes communication even harder. My recommendation is that everyone SHOULD AVOID SPRINT.
