Sprint - Customer harrassment department
This company has the worst customer service! Hung up on 3 times tonight after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I dont believe that was an accident and even worse this company could care less.
I hate Sprint...poor customer service, employees in store are the same as I was told that she's only there to pay her bills all while not solving my issues, never put "notes" in your account like they say they did becausecwhen you call back inevitability because they never followed through with what they said they were going to do...those NOTES....NOPE not there!, overcharge you and place charges that are a mystery.
A class action lawsuit needs to happen...
This company is not about its customers, its about squeezing you out of every penny they can without you noticing.
Shameful.

@Anonymous, you must be or have been a Sprint employee, a corporate weasel, or perhaps just part of a collection agency?? You've made several comments already in favor of this scam that Sprint has going on.
A class action is exactly what needs to be done. Lol
