I am so sorry I made the switch from Verizon to Sprint. Sometimes it is true you get what you pay for.

First of all they never took care of the credit to transfer service. and when I brought it to their attention they wanted to do half. They were suppose to take possession of the numbers immediately, instead they did nothing causing me to be charged for an additional month of service from Verizon. Then I had a defective phone, Went back to the store I purchased the phones from and they forwarded me to another store, who sent me to another store who sent me to another store.

What a run around. They finally had to give me a new phone.

Biggest phone mistake I ever made!!! Leaving them and right back to Verizon I go
