I spent 8 hours over the phone over a period of 2 months with Sprint trying to solve problems and each time they said "we will call you back" but it never happened. So I called them back where I had to re explained the whole issue all over again and then they said "Your problem has been solved" but it was just lies since the problem is still not solved.

I tried to talk to a supervisor but the person I had over the phone would not let me talk to a supervisor always arguing that the supervisor wouldn't do anything more than him. He finally hung up. Eventually, after a few other phone calls, I got to talk to a supervisor and executive and all they did is just blaming me meaning the customer.

If one day you have a problem with Sprint good luck solving it!!!!!! I came to the point where I am just scared to call them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Without an explanation of the problems and what steps were taken to solve it, this is a meaningless screed.
