Totally dissatisfied with sprints service, customer reps aren’t helpful in resolving issues, mislead information via phone reps vs in store agents, agents aren’t thorough explaining charges,installments, monthly fees, and the service is poor quality.And the only response for customers inconvenience by sprints is, we apologize!!
Sorry isn’t resolving anything, the customer is still left dissatisfied.
I switched from ATT to sprint major mistake ( unlimited everything got me), switched to T-Mobile with no issues so far.From anti-sprint ex customer
