Sprint - Horrible company
So my mom and I got a new contract with Sprint. The problems started once we recieved our phones, horrible service.
And when you call they never fix the problem. Anyways the real problem started once my mom crackes her screen and the phone didnt power on. She went into a store without me, and the frist thing the guy suggest is for her to get a whole new phone instead of telling her you have insurance and the problem would be fixed. He got her a whole new line and phone and they except me to pay for it.
Although not one call or text was made on that new line they gave my mom. I called and they told me even though, the sales associate would be get wrote up, i would still have to pay for the phone and un-used line. They will never see a penny.
I will take this to court!!! Im not paying for something i didnt use.

Why didn't you just return the phone and cancel the line the very next day if the account is in your name. Why does your mom have access to add new services to your account in the first place. That permission needs to be granted by the account owner.Not a fan of Sprint myself, but you should be going after your mom for the money if she hid new line/phone from you after it went out of return period.
I didn't know what she did until we got the bill the next day. Either way, the sells rep shouldnt have suggested that option to her, since thats not what would help the situation

Actually yes you will. You foolishly put your mother as a person who can make changes to the account.
So it will hit you both in your credit score. Take it up with your mother as she is the one who made the changes. We both know what happened. She went into the store and had only her name and ID and instead of waiting for you she chose to get a new phone.
Insurance is 2-3 weeks without a phone and she would have been told that. Instead she got a new phone. Because she couldnโt be without a phone that long and when caught Blames the sales person, per usual. You know this so why are you lashing out at sprint for only doing what your mother, the customer wanted.

No actually thats no what happened. She doesnt know anything about it, Thats why it's the sellers job to help the customer.
Sprint already admitted their seller was trying to just sell without actually helping. And all that other stuff you said was unnecessary...I wouldn't want to have millions.
