Sprint customer service is completely unacceptable. I've been on the phone today for 7 hours trying to itemize my bill so that I can see what I am actually pay in for.

They refuse and say that they cannot show me exactly what I'm paying for. I paid over the phone the termination fee of three lines but they only have me the receipt for one of the lines and not only that but also added a random charge of equipment.

Clearly this extra charge does not belong to me All in all, today was one of the worse experiences with customer service I've had in my life. I would one hundred percent advice not to use Sprint as a carrier and for those who use Sprint, good luck.

I didn't like: Each representative told us something different, Countless hours of my time waisted, Being overcharged regularly.
