On Oct 31 2010 Sprint customer service was contacted concerning upgrading phones. the Customer Service representative informed me that my present service plan was incompatable with the phone I was choosing with out a data plan upgrade.

the cost was not that much so I agreed and purchased the phone.

after the phone arrived I attempted to get it activated and quickly found out that the previous customer service represenative that sold me the phone not only gave me a false confirmation number but the data plan was never added. needless to say after 3 hours of trying to work with Sprint the phone is being returned and this 11 year loyal customer is looking for a different service provider.

Monetary Loss: $450.
