Sprint lied to me and told me I had a buy one get one if I turned in my and my wife’s phone, it turned out I never owned the phone no matter how long I paid on them, they put me in a lease deal without my knowledge, contacted them for help and they did nothing. Beware very shady billing practices, they are not as cheap as they claim to be. Our bill was supposed to be $175 and it came out to be $250 for three lines and the phones that we never owned.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

The same thing happened to me, they told me that I could open up additional lines for $10 dollars each & then they charged 60$ each per month on my bill, then they wouldn't not close the account, I only had these phones for on month then I refused to pay & now two years later they are telling me that I owe them 1600 dollars. For a service that I neve used
yes, I experienced similar issue. Sales person slick.
The quote was way off from the actual bill. I was able to correct the next morning.
