I have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to get the service back in my area. Their tower has been out for 16 days and now they are charging ME roaming for being in my own house and using Verizon towers.....along with my $92 dollar bill per month.

I have gotten no incoming calls and the text and voice messages come in hours later.......NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE *** IS GOING ON AT SPRINT!

It is a different story every time you call. RUN THE OTHER WAY if you were thinking of changing over to their plan....Plus i have had to replace my EVO 4G.....which has never seen 4 G.....5 times.....BEWARE!!!
