Well, I haven't had any issues with the power, but I was talking on my phone and the screen just shattered in my ear. The 1 yr warranty conviently does not cover the casing of the phone, and so they are telling me that I have to pay a 100 dollar deductable to the insurance company.

I don't feel that I should have to pay for their defect!! Not to mention I have had to call them every month to straighten out my bill...Had it with Sprint and I have only had my phone for 3 months!!

Monetary Loss: $400.
