Hi, I bought 2 Iphone 6S from Best Buy and signed up with Sprint as a new customer and agreed to pay for AppleCare separately on my own.
I am being charged on my Chase credit card for AppleCare from BestBuy for both devices.
SPRINT is also charging me $129 for AppleCare on my second Iphone.
AppleCare shows no record of me having protection on that phone.
I have spent 5 hours today without a break speaking with Sprint and Apple and have gotten nowhere except for being transferred to next representative without knowing what I am talking about.
I need this this resolved ASAP.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "i wished i never chose sprint" of applecare protection plan. Sprint needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
