Last month, I called to cancel my 3/4G hot spot for 3 GIG $34.99/month on a 2 years contract. The rep told talk me into staying in the contract because he can lowered to 1GIG for $19.99, Amonth gone by and my new pricing never changed in my account.

I called back and cusomer service told me that $19.99 plan doesn't apply to hotspot. Now they are charging me another $34.99 and on top of the $200 for early termination.

After many rude hanging ups from the cancellation dept , they finallu agree to only charge $19.99 plus the $200. Is it my fault that the service rolled over a month because I was being chatge with a service that doesn't even existed?
