I been dealing with sprint problems for over a year when i decide to upgrade my phone they lie to me promise a billing of 80 dollars plus taxes which i agree but since then i sign my death sentence cuz every single month i have and issue with them hiding charges customer services are useless and they send u in ur way without solving ur issues or worst telling u everything its solve but when the new billing cicle come again i cant count the hrs i spend on the phone every single month and the time i have to waste with them with no results I still paying way too much for the service and I cant wait to end the contract so i can get out of this horrible company. make urself a favor dont get this poor overprice service have u seen the metro propaganda exact how i feel fustrated, lie to , and hidding fees every where

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sprint Pros: Proximity of the store to my home.

Sprint Cons: Given different info every time i contacted them.

Same thing happened to me after 3 months a plan I signed up for somehow changed in amounts and they were charging me 30 more a month. I complained and they admitted they were at fault but only put a patch on it and left me with a bill that forced me to have to take a lower rate plan from them...can't wait until my contract ends
