Every sense i sign up with sprint its been one dispute after another from day one i've been on the phone trying to talk to an agent about phone service that i didn't want but because the sales person made a big deal about the five phones will pay for them self just keep the phone for three months and pay your bill ,which came two weeks after i sign up,like $200.00 so i bit the bullet, took me way off track with my bills and then another three weeks billed $170.00 now tell me who got the upper hand so i run in the store only to find out you pay this your bill will start going down,"don't you believe it"now we three weeks in billing and i guess i complaint enough they sent the checks to pay for the phones,now here's another catch they wanted me to pay five lines,five lines??? i only wanted one line one phone so after i report them to bbb,i get a call saying ok one phone one bill $$35.00 ok i thought we was done,here come another month $55.00 i was steaming and i went to another company ,so here we go now the guy over the phone said YOU STILL OWE $35.00 ok send me the bill,and oh boy did they, i have an $100.00 bill i'm looking at and the only page they on is you didn't give enough notice and their is no resolution to this in sight,so i want the public to know,Buyer Beware!!!!!!
