According to t-mobile.com, you may try to restore apps following the steps below:
  • From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray;
  • Tap Settings > Accounts and backup >Backup&Restore;
  • Tap the Back up my data slider on to back up any account data, Wi-Fi passwords, and other settings to Google servers;
  • Tap the Automatic restore on to restore backed up settings and data when re-installing applications.

According to Sprint Help, to activate a device from your PC you should follow the steps below:
  • Go to sprint.com/activate;
  • Click the Get Started button;
  • Sign in to My Sprint using your username and password;
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Please be sure your battery is fully charged.
Keep the box handy if you’re activating a new device in case you need information from it.
Only an account owner or a person who is authorized to make account changes can complete an activation. If you’re not authorized, sign in and the Sprint Customer Support representative will help you request permission.

Why is my email not working on my phone? Does it need to be reset by Sprint?

My email inbox will not update beyond September 3rd. Please check it for me and send an email notification when the problem is fixed. Thank you.

I want to know about something

I participated In a iPhone 14 give away and I was told that I am the lucky winner and to avail this free iPhone I need to deposit 6000 Pakistani rupees via jazz cash or easy paisa.. The person said that it is the shipping charges from sprint usa.

For the fact that I don't have any iPhone and I am not also related to sprint in anyway. So should I pay for it or is it a scam?

Help

I spent hours tonight dealing with horrible customer service. PLEASE track my 6 phone calls that were hung up on, misdirected, or given false information about.

Please listen all the calls so you can appreciate my frustration. I have no reception from my phone while I’m at home. Period. That’s it.

It was promised a new iPhone 13 (which wasn’t what I was looking for). I pleading not to be hung up on, which happened. I continuously provided my call back number and was guaranteed a call back, never happened! This is unacceptable and I need to be be contacted by a credible person who can reconcile this.

I spent over 2 hours dealing with this.

It’s not right or just, these employees need to be terminated if they think they can play with a customer in this way. I beg you to listen to these communications.

Refund

Our local news said Sprint had overcharged their customers for 6 years and have issued refunds to their customers. I have been a sprint customer for over 10 tears and have not received a refund. How do I get my refund or will I be getting one soon?

How can I cancel my sprint phone service?

I have been using sprint phone service for about 17 years in USA. Now I have moved from USA to UK and I don't know whether I will be back to USA or not.

Therefore I am stoping using Sprint phone service by the end of October 31 2020. How can I do it ? Your advice is very important to me.

Can I get out of my contract without paying the remaining term?

We access the internet through Sprint hotspots and the connections are horrible. I got an "F" on TestmySpeed and I am regularly kicked off websites for having no connection.

I can't watch a video for work. I can't even watch short videos on FaceBook. Our phones work but the connections are limited. SPRINT wants $800 to get out of my contract.

I don't think this is fair since they are not fulfilling their end of the contract. How can I get out of this limbo without paying $800?
