I upgraded my phone from I phone 6 to i phone 7 January 18, 2017. unfortunately, before 15 days I changed my mind to get I phone 7 plus instead of I phone 7 regular.

They told me that i will get refund for iPhone 7 regular after i mail it back to sprint. i mailed I Phone 7 regular, on Feb 05, I have UPS tracking number shows that they received it on February 08, at 9:56 AM. I was calling sprint since that day, i haven't received the refund. i called almost twice a week for more than 2 hours a day.

i am not happy with service i am experienced with sprint overseas customer service.

I would like someone to contact me and solve these problem. Thank you Hanna Mesfin
