I was told 24 months ago that when my 24 months was up I would own the phone and my bill would go down and I could keep the insurance. My 24 months is up the end of this month.

I called Sprint customer service only to get someone in the Philippines only to learn you can't understand a word they say. I finally got the address to a local store only to be told that after my 24 months is up and to own my phone I would have to pay $160.00. I was never told this in the beginning. I became livid because I was lied to.

Now I am going to spread the news through any social media I can to tell of the criminal theft Sprint does. I wanted to like Sprint but all of you are crooked thieves. I think all phone companies are the crooks. I hope you go out of business.

The CEO is a lying thief and I hope all of you GO TO ***! One persons voice CAN make a difference and I am just getting started!

Reason of review: Not told of charge to own phone when I purchased phone after 24 months usage. .

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Store customer service.

I didn't like: Policy change without notifying me the customer.
