I called to change my service and was convinced by sprint retention that they would reduce my bill by over 200 per month. 9 months later I am still fighting them because it never happened.

I begged them to pull the phone call but of course now it is to late. They can see that I have called every month but yet it is my word against a non-existent recording that they "cannot produce." Now I cannot change companies because my bill is past due due to my fighting them.

Phone has been disconnected repeatedly and then reconnected when someone reads the notes and sees that nothing has been done. I am beyond sick of them and wonder if there is a way to sue them for negligence?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Run around from sprint, Customer service and escalation, I have been a customer for more than 6 years, Pricing.
