I received a text on my phone about free Galaxy 6 no contract, but it had a lease, well anyway I decided I didn't want the 2 year lease nor the phone was told by sales representative you have 30 days no obligation to return the item and you can return to local store. The phone was ordered on 11/23/2015, delivered on 11/27/15 and returned on 11/29/2015 the store did not update the stock return until I called on 12/30/15 due to me getting a bill from sprint for $660.00 was on phone 4-5 hours about this now they say I owe $33 ans its the store I called the store they say it's sprint online.

I feel they are wrong because I did everything within the business days and time I was advised at the time of sale. The store and online are not on the same page with return/refund terms and that is not my fault so Don't use Sprint people
