Sprint - Service outages

Currently my IPhone 7s experiences constant outages on both phone and internet. Receive error message to ‘retry’ accessing the the web. SO FRUSTRATING considering how much I pay on the two sprint accounts that I have. Btw, telephone support has proved useless in helping me resolve these issues.

Sprint has decided to close service centers leaving only one in my area.. unfortunately when you walk in you are put in a queue with customers wanting to purchase phones/ service which took me hour and half to even tell someone if my problem. I may look at different providers at this point
