Sprint - Don't trust them

Sprint rep made me an offer over the phone. I accepted the offer but when my bill came it was much higher than the offered price. Called to complain and they tried to renegotiate a new deal that was higher than the original offer. They said they'd pull the phone record and get back to me but they won't let me hear the phone record. Does this sound trustworthy?

Ipgraded to iphone 7 payed a little more bit thats fine. But everytime i got my bill it was more and more and more. Also im sutting in my house hmand have horrible service.
