Phone customer service is so bad. I was on the phone for an hour+ and was connected to 3 different numbers from different departments and the problem was not solved so I had to cancel my airrave and get a kit to send it back. The charge on my bill for it was $149. The air rave is normally free. All together I spent 2 hours of my Saturday online and on the phone. Horrible service!
