All positive reviews for this store is more than likely a review they wrote themselves. This is a non corporate store and owned by a franchisee. DO NOT GO HEAR FOR ANY REPAIR.... they suck and are swindlers. Always trying to make you switch your plan to a so called better one so they can make money off your account. They repaired a phone for a pop-out screen and 2 days later it popped out again. Then because it popped out and the screen broke... Read more

I am so glad that I don't work there anymore. I would rather starve or go without electricity, etc than work for Sprint again. Worst employer who all but forces the employees to lie to the customers. The stores are the worse. If somebody called to cancel their service it was our job to "SAVE" the customer. I watched my co-workers get terminated because they could not keep a customer although the customer was mad at SPRINT not the Representative.... Read more

Do not upgrade or buy a new contract with sprint even if your a loyal customer of more than 5 years and your device does not work in your area you'll still be forced to pay for your device if not they will charge you $250 and still make you pay your phone which is a ripoff and nobody will be able to help you and they will give you the run around. Which has been more than a year for us.

As the election proved, we have the power people.... Let's start making some changes and stop doing business with companies like Sprint. The more we act, the more we benefit. It is time to get what we need and not all of this false advertisement followed by locked in nightmares. Our actions are already starting to affect how cable companies are modifying their behaviors. Tomorrow is the day Dec.17th that I decide to choose Sprint over AT&T. It's not looking to good for Sprint they claimed they could save me 50% but before the 30 days were up I received a bill at $15 dollars less that is not the $115.00 bill I was promised. 1) Customer Service? What customer service? They are there somewhere first you have to find the @#$$%#!! worm hole, then you finally get to speak to somebody . 2) That somebody does not know a freaking thing. I was charged roaming minutes to canada when they have a free global world to cada. I had been charged 80+ every month until i realized what they were doing after getting an expensive bill for $300 roaming minutes to canada. I called complaining about the charges and verified that they advertised free calling to canada. I spoke to a good customer service rep and she was able to fix the charges for me. Start in OCT I need a lower rate. Next Bill $20. More. Went back was told my next Bill would be $35.15! mY next bill was $89.23 Pessed .Was told by Management he would E MAIL the ones with the Brains . Steal waiting for ReSULTS

Here's the run down. Traded in galaxy note 7 in manditory recall. Exchanged it for Iphone7. Samsung will not Honor recall because I did not replace it with another Samsung phone. Samsung does not pay sprint. Sprint adds 850 to my account since Samsung won't pay them. Billing department manager says get money from Samsung if I can't pay Sprint. My signal for my Samsung phone with a mobile hotspot and my Boost Franklin mobile hot spot device which is supposed to be only 4G LTE loose signal, they have slow internet connection. When I call and trouble shoot and refresh it usually improves for a few days then back to the same. They have had to credit me close to $100.00 total for both devices.
