We have had a number of providers over the years, but Sprint was by far the worst. Switched from AT&T when they first introduced their "cut your bill in half" promotion. Started off bad from the start, we were told we could upgrade every 6 months, bill was supposed to be $130 + taxes/month, great coverage in our home and such. The service was horrendous, never had service, no matter where you were and no, we do not live in the middle of nowhere....

Do not upgrade or buy a new contract with sprint even if your a loyal customer of more than 5 years and your device does not work in your area you'll still be forced to pay for your device if not they will charge you $250 and still make you pay your phone which is a ripoff and nobody will be able to help you and they will give you the run around. Which has been more than a year for us.

Did a lease iphone 6 after paying 800 they make you pay 200 to buy. Ive been on the phone total of 3 1/2 hours and they will not unlock it so i can change carriers. Different excuse everytime. Lied to about my monthly bill payment change. I was told by the analyst that I'd owe a pro rated bill one month and a regular bill the next month. Sprint has the worst customer service in America. They have me currently locked out of my account but the hackers were allowed to order 2 IPhone 7's. The answer to everything is "I will send you an email" and it never works. I'm switch to AT&T and it will cut my bill in half.
