They sent me out a new phone finally because it was only 6 months old and still under warranty

I'm Samsung Galaxy 7 and they put me on the payment plan for the first week it was locking up on the Sprint logo when I called them they said I had to send it back to Samsung which I don't have time to do and be without a phone and so then about and had an pink purple Ink Spot On It 2 weeks ago and I looked it up and that's an issue with that phone and then it covered the whole phone and I called Samsung and they told me they couldn't back it up it had a year warranty on it that Sprint had to back it up and Sprints not backing it up there trying to give me a credit to pay to fix the phone I said it's Samsung's it's a glitch in the phone just like a locking up on the logo it's all over the Internet and they wont do anything about this phone and it's not even a year old yet the telephone is black now from whatever is going on with it
