I will find a way out. I have been with sprint since day one.
however the last several months have been about a rip off scam. I thought highly of sprint but man what a turn around....and it about billing. they have padded my bill about $40 per month. I stopped by once and it was oops, we got it fixed but nothing was fixed.
I stopped by a couple months later *I have a difficult time going to town....and I got brow beat. You signed this, you agreed to that, you are obligated blah blah blah. I refuse to be robbed. Finally the manager came over and lowered the bill to where I had agreed months ago....credit for the thieving of my money....no....next month?
it will take a while for your new plan. It was a scam the whole time in my opinion. Taking advantage of us older folks who don't want to complain and figure we were in the wrong.
No way, I know exactly what I can afford and would never.....never sign up for something over my budget. Stay away.
