Even when you call to get a bill because you haven't received it and pow auto e-bill when you don't do online billing....Bingo you call to get service after being with the company since 2004 the agents are rude and can't help to get a phone not shut off.
So when you get your paper statement they have to receive a 2 month payment in 5 days. AMAZING service. Then you ask for a manager and you get queued to the Spanish ***. I don't speak Spanish.
Seriously considering another provider.
What is unfortunate is that the companies don't care and their employees just are there for a paycheck.

The most disappointing in user's experience was given the runaround. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
