Sprint steals money!
This is the 2nd month I've been charged for an account I DO NOT HAVE with Sprint. About 2 months ago, I was charged $190 even though my account has BEEN closed. I had to speak with 4 reps and NONE of them cared. It took more than a week to get refunded. POOR SERVICE....

Awful, stay away. Misleading both in store and on the phone when it comes to customer service. Literally had me on hold for 57 minutes. Lied to me about plan changing and fees. Took hours and effort, that I will never get back to fix account changes. Worst financial decision I ever made.
