7/17/2020called the indicated customer service number and asked to speak with supervisor. after waiting spoke to supervisor and after explaining several times the fact that I could not use my online account because of the error message i was receiving.she stated that they needed to update my account and that it would take 24 to 48 hours to take effect.

she stated she would call me herself an a half hour to advise that the update occurred.

6 hours later still waiting for call.currently paying $189.00 dollars for 4 lines. AT&T will give me 4 lines same plan for $105.00, verizon also $130.00.plus new phones to switch sounds like sprint is losing.

ordered a device over phone 3 years ago. since then cant even look at new phones or check plans online error message sys i am not authorized. apparently the the Mr. Peabody's at sprint cant fix itgo to verizon

User's recommendation: go to verizon even a cup and string would be better than sprint.

Multiple times, contacted Sprint requesting they switch it back to regular plan, no success. We could have stayed custimers if Sprint kept their promise and reinstated to the regular plan.

Sprint has sold our collection multiple times and will not fix anything. This is unacceptable.

We switched to Sprint from Verizon. 4 lines with promises of Sprint paying off the appx $400 balance owed to Verizon. A month later, son in law didn't want his line, Sprint refused us returning the phone. The monthly charges were way higher than promised to us. Then suddenly we were switched to international calling plan, and they refused to switch us back. We never requested the change, we never called outside the country either. Unnecessary and unauthorized. We have ended up with our account in collections, ruining our credit for something they could have fixed if they were an honest company. The amount in collections is astronomical for cell phone service. We'd gladly join a class action lawsuit if others have experienced similar experience with Sprint.

I completely get it Crystal, every level of employee through corporate at Sprint do NOTHING except run you around, frustrate you and recite the same rehearsed scripts at an attempt to pacify you that result in NOTHING getting resolved for the customer. The worst part is that not one of the numerous people at Sprint you get juggled around to trying to get an issue handled, not one of them shows any type of interest, concern or ability toward the customer or the issue.

Nobody has any answers and nobody gives a crap enough to even try to get any.

But you can bet, we continue to pay for our devices and services to a multi billion dollar corporation who achieves their revenue from us, the customer, and in return we, the customer, get NOTHING back when there’s an issue. And since you’re bound by contracts in most cases, they have you by the balls, they know it and I feel that is why they don’t give a crap to resolve customer issues.

Sprint - Monthly Bill

Watch your monthly statement. If you are on auto pay (don't), they will bill and send you a statement with non-conforming amount. It changes and goes up every month. Time to switch...!

Sprint - Should Have Stayed with Verizon

Dealing with Sprint has become a nightmare. They have screwed up my account at every level. Each representative has brought a whole new set of problems with each call. I've spent nearly two hours with representatives trying to get my billing straightened out: 1. Never received a statement Electronic nor paper 2. Promotional item Blue Tooth Harmon Cardon was to be paid for by Visa gift card sent to home...Never arrived 3. First paper bill: DELINQUINT STATEMENT!!!!!!! 4. Have no idea What I'm paying for and was told bill would be X and now its nearly $100 more a month than I was told at the Store 5. NO SOLUTIONS to my problems 6. I want to go back to Verizon!!!!! 7. I have no confidence they can resolve the myriad of issues due to nobody knowing what my account was 8. Set my personal account up as Business account! 9. Claim I have to turn in my old iphones for the "Clean Slate" program. The Verizon phones had to balance to pay off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing works! Can't access my sprint account details only sales screen. Phone still not activated or transferred. 3 days of multiple of phone calls to multiple people after being transferred to other departments and than the chat secession's. Can't understand some of the reps. English have to ask them to repeat themselves over and over. I have become very frustrated. No chip in the new phone, one rep. said go to Sprint store for new chip. Sprint store said they did not have chip for my phone, said to try other stores at random. Other rep. said phone did not need chip. One said chip would be mailed for free and another said chip would cost $30. I don't even know if I have a plan!

I tried the chat line with more wasted time, but after I shared my logs of how I reported them to fcc and bbb, a supervisor called me fast to write it off...lol they claimed to have written off their bogus fees months back so I saved the log / case # FYI

Sprint - Lie to their customers

I recently switched from Verizon to Sprint and they did not honor the 650.00 Visa Card I was suppose to get for switching, due to a mistake on their part, I was still getting billed by Verizon, when I asked Sprint why Verizon was still billing me, they said it was a mistake and to disregard the bills. I went from owing Verizon 880.00 to terminate service to more than 1400.00 in fees, so when I realized what happened I submitted the bill for 1400.00 to Sprint. It was past the 60 day period but that was only because I did not realize my account with Verizon was still open. I did everything else that was asked of me, I turned in my old phones, I was down to the Sprint store many times asking questions, I could never get into my Sprint account because of technical difficulties, that they tried to fix for 2 months. I hate their service I have dropped calls and I am being charged more than promised per month. I just want the 650.00 I was promised and then I want to honor the contract and get the *** out of it, never again!!!!!

Sprint - This is company has the worst Customer Service ever

On 2/20/18 I created an account to have my phone and iPad changed into my name and off of the account that I shared with a family member. We went to the store and told them we want to transfer the number, device, and the lease on both devices. We let Sprint store reps make the changes and when we left they said it would take 5 days and then all would be good. In the midst of those 5 days, things went from bad to OMFG worst. First I receive the email and I learn that the leases were not transferred over, the releasing account was charged all of both leases plus a $500 cancellation fee ($1500 total) so I called Change of Ownership (COO) on 2/22/18 and I was told that the person with the highest credit score is the one who keeps the lease. It is all about money: the lady preceded to tell me that I can get the same phone for no money down and start my own lease (I only had $240 left on my lease of a Galaxy Note 8) When I told COO that we were not informed of the credit score policy she said that they would make a one time exception and she sent me the paperwork to have both parties sign and told me to email them back. I email them back on 2/23/18 and she told me everything was fixed and the leases were to be with the devices on my account. I go into my account after I get this welcome to sprint letter with both devices and phone numbers on it and find that I no longer had any devices on my account. I call COO (they are closed today) so I call Sprint customer service and they proceed to tell me that they closed my account because I transferred both numbers and devices back to my family members account. Then for 2/20/18, they charged me $143 for one day of service! Then everyone keeps telling me to call COO but of course they are closed. This would not be such a problem if there weren't a huge communication (language) barrier with sprint CS which is located in some Asian speaking country. As soon as the lease is over I am taking my phone to T-mobile.

They have a horrible customer service. You can’t believe it my experience with them . I just accidentally transfer $100 to my old sprint account and called them to refund it . So after 73 minuets speak with 5 departments finally the financial department gave me a tough option and want me too much documents. Actually she indirectly told me say bye to your money and we wouldn’t refund anything to customers. I recommend just stay a way from them .
