Awful, stay away. Misleading both in store and on the phone when it comes to customer service. Literally had me on hold for 57 minutes. Lied to me about plan changing and fees. Took hours and effort, that I will never get back to fix account changes. Worst financial decision I ever made.

Had account closed and settled with sprint in 2010 and no bills received after 2010. Directly received a letter from collection agency That I need to pay sprint. Called customer service so many times and they can't even tell me what the charges are for
