Sprint has the worst customer service in America. They have me currently locked out of my account but the hackers were allowed to order 2 IPhone 7's.

The answer to everything is "I will send you an email" and it never works. I'm switch to AT&T and it will cut my bill in half.

I can afford to pay for my son's college tution if they refund all the mysterious charges. I call literally every month with regards to bill issues.

Review about: Sprint Account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Wait, so you got hacked but are mad that they locked your online account? That doesn't make sense.

Also, having Sprint for a decade now, I can honestly say I don't believe I've ever had the "mysterious charges" you talk about. It sounds like you and/or people on your plan are racking up charges and/or are trying to scam Sprint.
