Sprint has the worst customer service in America. They have me currently locked out of my account but the hackers were allowed to order 2 IPhone 7's.
The answer to everything is "I will send you an email" and it never works. I'm switch to AT&T and it will cut my bill in half.
I can afford to pay for my son's college tution if they refund all the mysterious charges. I call literally every month with regards to bill issues.
