We requested internet access be turned off on all 3 of our lines, after several months of being charged for data I called to complain. They claimed we had access to it and were using it.
Funny thing when I attempted to log on, my phone denied me access.
I went to a Sprint store and made their employee attempt to log on, when she could not I also made her call customer service who still claimed we had access.
After arguing for some time with customer service, they did not agree but did decide to credit us. One month later we had no credit, never did receive one.
But I simply got tired of speaking to their C.S.
