I attempted to cancel service on my sons stolen phone which is on my acct. I don't receive bills so I don't know my account number. Something that simple was too hard for those numb skulls to figure out even with my phone number and PIN number. I tried for over 1.5 hours with zero success. They ended chat no warning.

Told Bel Air MD store did not return the phone to the warehouse. I should go there and tell them to send the phone. It had been over a month and I had a receipt. Why is it my responsibility to follow up with inefficient staff. Don't switch to Sprint...you'll be sorry....
