I have never in my life encountered a company that is this dissatisfying . They refuse to help unless you have a code. Asked for my personal iCloud info after I told them about a possible theft and online fraud. Completely not trustworthy. I dont trust the company nor the employees at the Smithfield location in RI. Do your research before Signing up with them. They could care less about you. This is not the rant of an angry person but the warning of potentially sensitive information reaching the hands of those who do Ill will.

I've been a sprint customer for 20 yrs. My name is Joe Rauso and just dealt with the most helpful dedicated sprint employee ive ever had. Her name is Jasmine located in Pillapeans. What a top notch person. Returned my call after 3 weeks. She made that commitment to me and followed through. She should be commended.

I had a billing issue that needed to be resolved. Explained the issue for 20 minutes and was told I needed to talk to a specialist to resolve it, so they would connect me.. After a 7 minute hold, I was connected to another regular rep who had no idea what I was talking about. So I spend another 15 minutes explaining the issue, only to be told the same thing about needing to talk to a specialist. I dont want the same thing to happen again, so I request a call-back. Im on hold for ANOTHER 15 minutes while the rep tries to submit a call back form but keeps having computer problems. She finally says its submitted and I should expect a call back within 24 hours. 48 hours go by and no call from anyone. I call back and immediately request a supervisor. I finally get o e after a 20 minute hold. Im on the phone with this lady for an HOUR and no resolution to my issue. I request to speak to a manager, or anyone above her. She said it would be a long hold, and I would get a call back from them. I told her after my last experience, I didnt trust getting a call back and want to speak to the person ASAP. So I hold for another 30 minutes, but I had to get off the phone. So I request the call back. I said I would cancel my service if I dont actually get a call. She assures me I will. And BIG SURPRISE, I never got a call back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sprint should be ashamed of themselves and I WILL be canceling my service with them.

Sprint sent me a letter saying that they tried to contact me but couldn't (how ironic)anyway after there scams o plenty now I found out that there phones have a one year warranty that they don't honor instead pay them 25 dollars (lol) then just 5 for shipping (lol) there supervisors are busy (busy) with your debit credit card numbers and I called a number in the letter and I got a voice mail that's real customer service so I then googled how to file a lawsuit against Sprint and found a law firm that I hope unlike Sprint does what it says ps I'm now ready for that YouTube interview lucky if I stop at one.thanks Thomas

Corporate sales was full of lies and deceit. Offered promotions that never transpired. Quoted me a monthly price, but the monthly price is considerably higher than the quote. They promised to adjust the due date, that never happened. Told me they would apply a military discount, that never happened either. Without a doubt the worst cell carrier experience I have ever had bar none!!

Customer service is just as bad as their service. Called to make changes to my account and everyone I spoke with acted as if they didn't know what to do. Then I was hung up on 2 different times after they ask me for a good call back number. Needless to say I didn't get a call back. The service drops calls and at best is 3g service in most areas.

Left me on hold for 30 minutes supposedly waiting for a supervisor. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the representative laughed and has now apparently finally hung up on me. This is following 5 (FIVE) hours of incompetent efforts to activate a new Airave signal booster, not counting the hours spent on the same problem yesterday. I would not recommend dealing with this company and am reviewing my options for switching to one that can both provide cell service where I live and supports their customers.

Sprint - Going to give a 72 year old man a heart Attack!

So I am 72 years old and made the worst mistake ever switching to Sprint. Since the inception of this account I have never been able to get my phone bill correct. There have been overcharges, fees, and other problems I eventually got that credited however every month I have tried to cancel 2 data lines on my account and every month these lines are continuously billed. Would you pay for a service that you did not receive? I wanted to speak with a supervisor so I got a hold of Kevin a supervisor from the Finance Department who told me that my bill was my bill and that they would not issue me any credits that even though I have not been able to access and use my service that Sprint was providing a service and that was that. I told him that I was going to file a complaint and that I would like his ID# however he said what for its not like anyones going to care! His ID # (ID#I1861816868)
