I am being a customer for the company for almost 10 years and I never have such a bad experience that I have today I really consider to cancel my service is very scary I order internen routine to get Internet and a half an hour after that I decide to cancel I call the number I wait for almost half an hour to get a process down I get a confirmation number that was cancel 3 days later I get the box with the equipment that I cancel I never received any mail for the return I'm calling January 3 and I have to spend 1hr and 30mt to get this process done and 4 people to get down theysaying that I don't knowi if the order will be process correct today I'm not sure if I am going to continue the process to be able to fix the problem because the person that I speak about the problem is not sure if I have to call back to get reimbursed my money theI get charge for something and never request is disappointment and scary I don't feel comfortable been using this company ever again and I really feel the people need to know the spring company is no longer the way I was very very confident my cell phone company not anymore ,I don't know what to do nobody know how to fix it even the men said if I go to the store they probably would do it wrong how you trust the company who doesn't know what they doing they don't even speak clear English is very very scary disappointed don't how this is going to end
