Definitely leaving sprint as many thousands of people have done so in recent months because of lies about the monthly billing and foreigners that don't comprehend the English language, and us not being able to understand them as well. They will keep you on hold for one hour and a half as they did to me to discourage a person to the point that will make them hang up.
This is done purposely to continue collecting money and without having to explain false charges or any other millions of complaints. The complaint department is overwhelmed of people calling in an complaining and cancelling there 2 year sentence with this deceitful company.
