I have tried 3 times to fix my bill/billing since Dec 2014 every time i was to pay said amount and i would not recieve anymore late notices/charges. I am tired of being lied to and i do not have the money to keep trying to fix so!mething that does not get fixed.
I have stayed with sprint because up until the last 2years they have had the most oustanding customer service and would not let their customers drown in unnecessary bill.
I talked to yet another customer service rep yesterday 11/08/2016 and just the reply of "were sorry" thanks guys! I have sent a lot of people to sprint including my employer, bummer.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sprint customer care. Sprint needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
