Attempted to call Sprint. I was hung up on 3x, all by off shore reps.
I requested to speak with a U.S. based rep. But was advised, there were none. Tried to call back, of course they were now closed.
I was only following up on a credit from a billing error. That I was promised would be applied in 72hrs. That was 6/6/2016, this is now 6/11/2016. I've had Sprint for years, but with the poor Customer Support.
Constant billing errors and no real train dedicated service provider. I'm looking into switching.
The market is too competitive now. I'll pay more for better service & Support!!
