Talked to customer service rep. Very nice conversation about changing my plan and getting 2 new phones at no cost and free tablet all good then dial tone.

Called back different rep. Same plan phones and tablet, but I needed to get bill current ok.

Next morning bill now current called back different rep. Sorry we can't do that no free phones need $375 per phone, but the 2 reps yesterday said different, well I'm not going to get new phone and probably will change company's.
